Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Refund requests must be made within 7–10 days of the delivery date.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds on:
- Customized or personalized products
- Digital products once downloaded or accessed
- Items on sale or marked “Final Sale”
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper care
Exchanges Items
If you received a defective or wrong item, we’ll gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and details.
Refund Process

2. Approval & Return Instructions: Once approved, we’ll email you the return instructions.
3. Processing: After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
